Scheduled Maintenance Reminder:

As we continue to provide our clients the best level of service, performance, and availability, Advanced Fraud Solutions will migrate to a new production environment on Sunday, March 31, 2019. This migration represents almost a year of design, planning, implementation, and testing. AFS is excited to implement this improved environment to ensure the highest level of stability, output, redundancy, and scalability for our valued clients.

This migration will result in a short 4-hour outage window, from 7:00 AM EDT to 11:00 AM EDT, that Sunday morning (please see all affected systems below). This time frame was selected to minimize the impact to users and has historically had low usage volume across both real-time and batch transactions. While the migration effort is expected to take less time, please plan on the full outage window in case any contingencies are required. Thank you for your patience as we continue to upgrade your experience!
