REMINDER - Advanced Fraud Solutions will be migrating to a new production environment on Sunday November 22, 2020. The migration requires a short 4-hour outage window, from 7:00AM EDT to 11:00 AM EDT. While this window does include contingency, please plan on AFS systems being unavailable for the full duration.

During this timeframe, all systems will be down. If the TrueChecks Web Portal or TrueChecks API are attempted to be reached, users will receive a 502 error. If the SFTP is attempted to be reached, users will receive a connection failure (likely Windows Error 10060).

In order to continue providing the best level of service, Advanced Fraud Solutions will migrate to a new production environment on Sunday, November 22, 2020. This migration is the final phase of an extensive infrastructure effort, representing over two years of design, planning, implementation, and testing. AFS is excited to implement this improved environment to ensure the highest level of availability, performance, redundancy and scalability for our products and valued clients.

The migration requires a short 4-hour outage window, from 7:00 AM EDT to 11:00 AM EDT, that Sunday morning (please see all affected systems below). This time frame was selected to minimize the impact to users and has historically had low usage volume across both real-time and batch transactions.
