Scheduled Maintenance Reminder:

We will be conducting database maintenance on Sunday, September 23rd to Monday, September 24th from 11 PM EDT – 1 AM EDT. This effort will include up to a 2-hour outage which will primarily impact real-time users. SFTP batch files will be received during this time, queued and processed once the outage is over. Please see impacted systems below.

As always we work hard to minimize impact on your business operations and this maintenance instance should have minimal if any impact on your daily operations. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

Update
With Hurricane Florence quickly approaching the East Coast, in particular North Carolina where our headquarters is located, we wanted to reassure customers that while our NC office may be closed due to the inclement weather, our data center is secured away from the storm zone, and our West Coast office will be handling all customer service calls as normal. There should be minimal, if any, customer impact due to the storm.

We also have to postpone our scheduled maintenance until September 23rd due to the weather. More on that as it gets closer. We hope you, your family, employees, members and/or customers remain safe during the storm if you’re in an impacted area.
