Due to a data partner experiencing ongoing issues and to err on the side of caution, Advanced Fraud Solutions will not migrate to a new production environment on Sunday, August 23, 2020.

We will reschedule the migration to a later date once there is confidence that the matter has been fixed. An updated notification will be sent at that time.

In order to continue providing the best level of service, Advanced Fraud Solutions will migrate to a new production environment on Sunday, August 23, 2020. This migration is the final phase of an extensive infrastructure effort, representing over two years of design, planning, implementation, and testing. AFS is excited to implement this improved environment to ensure the highest level of availability, performance, redundancy and scalability for our products and valued clients.

The migration requires a short 4-hour outage window, from 7:00 AM EDT to 11:00 AM EDT, that Sunday morning (please see all affected systems below). This time frame was selected to minimize the impact to users and has historically had low usage volume across both real-time and batch transactions.

Does your organization whitelist IP addresses? If you are not sure, please check with your IT resources. As a result of this migration, any clients or partners that utilize IP address whitelisting will have to make updates, prior to the migration, in order to avoid possible connectivity issues.
