Update
An incorrect hardware configuration, within a third-party communication provider's solution, has been identified as the cause of the issue. That provider is currently escalating the issue, through their internal support channels, in order to get it resolved.

Thank you for your continued patience as we push for resolution.

Update
Verification is continuing. We are failing to connect to EWS with our batch processing, so while we are able to receive batch files we are unable to process them. Those files are queuing and will be processed once communications to EWS are re-established. Real time connectivity, via our web portal, is working.

Thank you for your patience as we continue to troubleshoot with EWS.

Scheduled
AFS will be performing configuration changes in order to shift Deposit Chek real-time and batch file processing from Early Warning Services' (EWS) Eastern Data Center to their Western Data Center. This is in support of EWS' current efforts to enhance their data center solution.

While the configuration changes themselves will only take a few minutes, we are forecasting a 30 minute window in order to complete full validation and address any contingencies that may come up. Every effort will be made to minimize impact to users.

Thank you for your patience and support as we support our mutual partner's efforts.
